Refund policy

Our company does not offer returns on purchases. All sales are final. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to address your concern. 

Our refund policy applies only to overnight shipments. If you encounter any issues with dead on arrival (DOA) please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a credit or refund process. We will ask for pictures when you contact us. We do not guarantee live arrival for any shipment shipped via USPS priority mail.
